Welcome to my page for Best in Show Photos! I've been a photographer for over a decade and I have loved dogs my entire life.
Growing up, our family dog was a miniature schnauzer, in my late 20's my partner adopted a rat terrier and I've had this adorable beagle/schnauzer cross for 6 years! We're always helping out and looking after our friends dogs when we can. I often dream of having more than one dog but for now, one is what works.
Dog owners know there's nothing like the unconditional love of a dog! I can't wait to meet you and your pups (young or old, big or small) and create some amazing memories for you to keep forever.

Your dog does not need to be impeccably trained in order to have a good photo shoot.
The most captivating photos happen when your furry friend is having a blast. So grab your dog's favourite treats and toys and prepare for a delightful photo shoot experience with your best bud!
Photo shoots take place in a private, enclosed studio. Your dog will be off-leash, allowing them to freely explore and get comfortable in their surroundings. If your dog needs extra time to get comfortable, that's not a problem. I understand that it's a completely new environment for them and I have tons of patience for pups.
After they've had a chance to sniff around, I'll introduce myself and familiarize them with the camera and equipment. From there, it's all about the fun! Ensuring your dog's comfort and happiness is my top priority!

Once we have selected a date, it won't be reserved until your non-refundable $100 deposit has been received. An e-transfer can be sent to bestincreations@gmail.com.
If your dog is an extra fluffy one, it's recommended that you schedule a grooming session a few weeks prior to the shoot, or at the very least, give them a good brush and trim around the eyes. Since a pup's eyes will be the focal point, ensuring they're visible is very important!
I will also be in touch approximately 1 week before the shoot to let you know which backdrop colours I have available for you to choose from.
